HTC Kaiser Became T-Mobile’s First 3G Smartphone

HTC Kaiser will support the radio frequency 1700 MHz used by T-Mobile USA’s 3G network. The device should make its entrance on the US market in the near future.

T-Mobile uses a different frequency than the other U.S. carriers in order to get the radio spectrum it needed to create a national 3G network. Standard U.S. 3G phones won’t be able to access T-Mobile’s network, as other operators offer UMTS and HSDPA technology. All these facts and the specifications that the FCC has leaked on the HTC Kaiser handset reveal the fact that the device will be compatible with T-Mobile’s network and see a soon release here.

T-Mobile Offers Samsung t429

T-Mobile today picked up a new Samsung slider phone. The t429 aims at bringing an added level of sophistication to a frequently stripped-down field. Relatively slim at 0.6 inches, the blue handset incorporates a VGA camera and Bluetooth that let it take pictures, pair with a headset, or transfer files. T-Mobile also supplies the phone with a suite of instant messaging tools to handle AIM, ICQ, Windows Live, or Yahoo chats. Some of the voice features sometimes omitted from the class are also present, such as voice memo recording and support for use as a speakerphone.

The tri-band device should be available immediately from T-Mobile for as little as $50 with a two-year contract. Buying the phone without any obligation raises the price to a still low price of $130.

Google Launches AdSense for Mobile

There is a good news for Adsense publishers! Google announced today the availability of AdSense™ for Mobile, a program that contextually targets ads to mobile website content. AdSense for Mobile also allows AdSense publishing partners the ability to earn revenue from their mobile websites through the targeted placement of mobile text ads. With this program, advertisers can connect with the growing number of mobile publishers, ultimately providing users with an enhanced mobile experience that helps them find what they are looking for more quickly and efficiently on the go.

AdSense for Mobile is intended for AdSense partners who have created websites specifically for mobile browsers, and who want to monetize their mobile content via contextual advertising. Like Google’s other AdSense products, mobile text ads run on an auction model. The system automatically reviews the content of publishers’ mobile websites and delivers text ads that are relevant to the websites’ audience and content. Publishers earn money whenever mobile users click on the ads.

With this new program, the unmatched reach of the Google content network is extended to the mobile platform. AdSense for Mobile provides a valuable way to connect mobile users with the right ad at the right time as they seek information on the go. AdSense for Mobile is now available to all mobile publishers in 13 countries worldwide.

AdSense for Mobile will be available in the following countries: US, England, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Russia, Netherlands, Australia, India, China, and Japan (available in the coming weeks).
