Verizon today unveiled the Motorola RIZR Z6tv, its adaptation of the ROKR Z6 that adds support for the carrier’s MediaFLO-based V CAST TV live digital broadcast TV service. The new slider picks up the full range of stations from CBS, NBC, and others and also taps some of Verizon’s other specialized Internet features, such as VZ Navigator for assisted GPS routing and the V CAST Music direct-download music store. Because its digital TV operates on a different frequency, these Internet services can run in the background without affecting show reception, according to the provider.

Motorola W212, W371 and W510 Launched
Three new Motorola mobile phone models have just been launched. They are W212, W371 and W510 models. The new three phones look just like many other Motorola handsets seen up to this point.
The W212 model has a classic candybar form, with a navigation wheel that is specific to this producer. Motorola has put only low end performances in this device, as it comes equipped with a 1.5 inch screen capable of a resolution of 128 x 128 pixels, an extremely low one. Still, the handset might prove to be quite comfortable to handle, as it has only 14.6 mm in thickness and 75 grams. A more middle-end feature on this device is the FM radio that it also packs for offering the user some entertainment.

Motorola ROKR E6 Transformers Phone
The Transformers theme seems to have been really appealing to many people out there, as the number of devices using it has considerably increased. Images of a Motorola ROKR E6 Transformers phone have surfaced recently, although there are little specifications on what this device is actually capable of doing other than “transforming” into a robot.
This should be classified under “Toys”, as there are low chances for this Motorola ROKR E6 phone to actually work. It’s impressive to see, though, that some people went to a great amount of effort of developing such an impressive device. Mobile phone producers jumped at the idea and used it in many of their devices, as it proved to be highly popular and, at the same time, with great potential for profits.

Motorola RAZR2 Set for a Major US Launch
The fact that Motorola’s RAZR2 mobile phone works on all US carriers has made it easy for this handset to storm this market by means of all these operators’ offers. In the next two weeks, the phone will be available at Alltel, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile USA, US Cellular and Verizon Wireless too.
The information that Motorola’s RAZR2 mobile phone will be available at all US carriers has been officially confirmed by the producer. At this time, only some of the operators have announced their support for the device, although more announcements are set to come in the near future.
AT&T has already revealed the fact that, starting with the beginning of September, they will offer the handset for USD 230 with a two-year contract. During the same period, Verizon too will launch the RZAR2 phone in their stores under the same price and conditions, with a USD 50 mail-in rebate.
The first carrier to offer the Motorola RAZR2 handset will be Sprint. They have set the launch for the 22nd of August, but only online. It will reach retail outlets on the 4th of September, for the price of USD 250, with a two-year agreement. In exchange for this price, the user will also benefit from Sprint’s services, such as NFL Mobile, Sprint Music Store, Sprint TV, Sprint Power View and Sprint Navigation.
The phone will come in several versions, as to match the networks of all operators offering it. The official announcements of the three main US carriers will be followed by those of the remaining carriers, as the producer has promised. Motorola RAZR2 is an upgraded version of the previous highly successful model and looks to win the same amount of appreciation from the US market for restoring the company’s previous success.
